We're having issues with running fs:rebuild hanging. We've tried running fs:restart as well, but it gives us a "Action timed out. If this is happening regularly, please contact Flying Sphinx support: http://support.flying-sphinx.com"
Any ideas what might be happening?

Everything seems to be timing out on strenua. We were able to downgrade (using Heroku) and run things against decima

Hi Ben
There was indeed an issue with Strenua (Sidekiq disappeared, and monit decided to do nothing). I do have alerting set up for this, it was just unfortunate that I was in a location with no wifi and bad cell reception, so resolving the matter took longer than expected. But resolved it is!
If you spot any further issues, do let me know (although it is 1am here, so my responses may not be prompt. My monitoring will wake me up if necessary though).
