Sidekiq action blocked when trying to process delta index

We are tying to run "ThinkingSphinx::Deltas::SidekiqDelta::DeltaJob" and are getting the error "Action blocked", the errors are building up quickly and causing inflated memory on our web dyno, do you have any idea what is causing this?

sidekiq: 3.2.3
flying-sphinx:1.2.0
thinking-sphinx:3.1.0
ts-sidekiq-delta:0.2.0

    Hi Chris

    It sounds like you’re on the Wooden Sphinx plan, which I’m afraid does not allow for delta processing. The extra resources needed for the added load is just not feasible at that price point.

    I know upgrading to the next level is a big jump in cost… perhaps it’s worth using real-time indices instead of SQL-backed indices? That will remove the need for deltas.
