<p>It looks like your database requires SSL configuration - you'll
need to pass through the relevant settings in the appropriate
environment via <code>config/thinking_sphinx.yml</code>: <a href="http://sphinxsearch.com/docs/current.html#conf-mysql-ssl">http://sphinxsearch.com/docs/current.html#conf-mysql-ssl</a></p>
<p>You can use relative paths, but it does mean you'll need to
commit these files to your app's git repo.</p>
<p>Once you've got it all in place, you'll need to run configure
again to copy the updated configuration plus SSL files over to the
Flying Sphinx, and then indexing should work.</p>
