Indexing of the database has been failing. In looking though the index logs all are returning a timeout error like the one below

Is the server running on host "ec2-107-20-192-196.compute-1.amazonaws.com" (10.83.130.151) and accepting
TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

I was able to solve this work a fs:rebuild
