Hi Pat,

There is a dependency incompatibility for builder in your thinking-sphinx gem. With Bundler 1.2.4 you go into a infinite loop, with the latest 3.0.0 bundler you get an error:

Bundler could not find compatible versions for gem "builder":
  In Gemfile:
    thinking-sphinx (= 3.0.1) ruby depends on
      builder (~> 3.0.0) ruby

    thinking-sphinx (= 3.0.1) ruby depends on
      builder (3.2.0)

Bundler could not find compatible versions for gem "activesupport":
  In Gemfile:
    thinking-sphinx (= 3.0.1) ruby depends on
      activesupport (= 3.1.0) ruby

    padrino (= 0.10.7) ruby depends on
      activesupport (3.2.0)

Used DEBUG_RESOLVER=1 bundle install to help me track it down.

gem 'padrino', '0.10.7'
gem 'thinking-sphinx', '3.0.1'
