Connection Error

Hi,

all of a sudden ( about 10 minutes ago ) starting getting Riddle::ConnectionError: Connection to ec2-23-23-68-14.compute-1.amazonaws.com on 9372 failed. Connection refused - connect(2) on my production env but still ok for my staging env.

Both running ceramic.

Please advise.

    Hi Hamish

    There's no major server issues... what's your app names? I'll have a look on the servers in question and see if I can spot anything obvious as to why one's not working.

    Hi Pat,

    Seems to be working ok now except for one small bit of weirdness. My flying sphinx plan is 'Ceramic' on my Heroku resources page but it reads 'Flying Sphinx Wooden' on my flying sphinx application status. My app name is production-crackerjacks. Could you check it out?

    That's certainly odd. It's listed on the Wooden plan in my database (and it's on a Wooden server). What are you being billed, and for how long? And what plan would you like to be on?

    We have been billed for flying sphinx wooden for past while and just changed to ceramic a few days ago.

    Could you please change the plan to ceramic.
