Create an index file when addon is added to avoid weird errors

When trying the add-on for the first time I got the following error because I hadn't run fs:build yet:

Riddle::ConnectionError: Connection to ec2-50-16-122-152.compute-1.amazonaws.com on 9326 failed.

I guess it was silly to think that everything worked with an index, but I think the above error doesn't tell me enough. It would be nice if there was a better error message or a initial index.

    Hi Jeroen

    You're right, there's definitely room for improvement, even if it's just a few details on what the next steps are, once the addon is added to the app. I'll see what I can do to improve things.

    Thanks for the feedback!
